EDGE 830 synchronization problem with STRAVA

Hello I have purchased the GARMIN EDGE 830 for about 2 weeks and connected it to my IPhone 7 and it connects me without problems I synchronized with STRAVA but it does not automatically load my ride ..... I did everything uninstalled APP on my mobile both of the GARMIN CONNECT and the STRAVA APP minimum 10 times as I turned my iPhone on and off 10 times but there is nothing to do it does not automatically load my lap on STRAVA.
Can you help me please .... I don't really know how ....... thanks a lot

For me is the same with an Android phone, it doesn`t matter if is firmware 5.48 or 5.50, sometimes sinc Strava work, sometimes no.

Please Garmin, fix.

Different devices (IPhone / Android), different firmware versions, same problem... Maybe Strava has some problem(s)?
