Transfer of waypoints to 830

Hi. I m a new 830 owner. I own a 66i and Tactix Delta too, i would like to transfer some of my waypoints to my 830. 830 does not work with Garmin Explore and not with Base Camp ? How can i do? I expected it to be « simple ».... very disappointed. Thanks :)

I can put waypoints on my Edge 830 with Basecamp. I just tried it and it worked. I selected the waypoint in the list and went right click -> send to -> picked the 830. The waypoint was stored on my computer not on another plugged in device.

When I unplugged the 830 the waypoint showed up in the list of locations in the navigation menu.
