Garmin 830 not visible in Windows File Manager (WIndows 10)

Hi. I'm connecting my Garmin Edge 830 to my laptop by USB cable for uploading courses. I've been doing this for about 2 months with no issue - ie, Garmin shows in File Manager; drag GPX files into NewFiles, eject Garmin from Windows - bingo! Now all of a sudden the Garmin is not showing up in File Manager (laptop or desktop). I've tried rebooting / resetting a number of times but to no avail. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it? Thanks for any help!

Do you have a different USB cable you can try?

Arrrghh - stupidly that was the last thing I tried - just did and guess what - it worked! Happy it's working now, but annoyed I didn't think to try that first! Thank you for your suggestion!
