Issue with pairing ebike with my Garmin 830

Hi Gents,

I try to explain my issue.

I have a Giant bike with ANT+ ride control.

When I try to connect my ebike to my 830, I go to add sensors - ebike, but Garmin doesn't find something.

I try to search all sensors and my Garmin find power ans speed sensors .....

If I understand correctly I think my Garmin make a mistake and find my ebike sensors but with wrong label (power and speed sensors)....

Could you help me to solve that and change sensors type.

After research from my side. My Garmin find speed and cadence sensors from my eGiant but no sensors from battery or engine.....why ?

It seems not easy to make is pair. Today morning it work perfectly with no action from my side.....

My edge find the sensors, but i never see the ebike trainig page. I set it and it says (when ebike is available.

Can you send me a Screenshot?

see first line up. On the left of P level of battery in % and on the right level of assistance.

But to have that I use this data field :

A giant E+2 2020.

The data field also works for me. I hoped that there a page with the range in km.
