What does this icon mean?

I believe it means that you have a trainer connected

Suddenly this icon also appeard on my 830 and is continously blinking.

How can I get rid of that. I dont have a trainer only a HR sensor is connected

From the home page select Training then Indoor Trainer and see what is on that page.
