Edge 830 touch unresponsive after sun exposure edge

Hello!

I have a problem with edge 830 since new that has been consistent through all software versions from 3.x. After I park the bike for a coffee stop and it gets sun exposure the touchscreen stops responding. At first I thought it was related to temperature, but it does the same in the winter.

Anyone experienced this? Talked to my LBS and he has no knowledge about similar problems. My previous devices (510, 1000) did not exhibit this issue.

Same thing here with my Edge 1030. I talked to Garmin about it via Website Support contact and I got it replaced under warranty. I hope that helps!
