Strange behavior of Climbpro

On my last ride I was have a strange issue with Climbpro on my 830. As I approached the climb, it showed the upcoming climb as normal and counted down the distance until I reached it. But then as soon as I started the climb, the elevation graph went haywire. I don't know how to explain it, but so here is a video:

I created this course in Garmin Connect and downloaded it to my 830. It had eight Climbpro climbs and they all behaved the same way. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Yes, yesterday day I had the same erratic graph show up as soon as climb started. Garmin 830 from Route created on garmin connect.

I think I have found what the issue is. Some of the records in the course file are missing elevation data.

Would you mind posting these course file here so I can take a look?

You can try deleting the files off the Edge and re-requesting them from GC. It looks like this is an intermittent issue in the course generation code.

You might need to use a file sharing service like drop box if you cannot post it.

When creating a message there is an insert menu option. Use the insert image.video/file option.

Thanks for trying. What I really need is the course file from the Garmin\Course folder on the Edge.

Here is mine from my Edge. I haven't ridden this course since I had the issue so not sure if it still occurring. I haven't had the problem with other course I've created.

I see the same problem I was having. Some of the records are missing elevation data.

I think if you download it again it will fix the issue.
