BUG: Strava segments with non-ascii characters in name

This strava segment (https://www.strava.com/segments/14493690) has strikethrough characters in the name, causing the filename on the Garmin filesystem to be full of strange, possibly invalid, characters.

Does the segment still load if you select it to view the leaderboard?
