Whenever I plug in my Edge 830 into my laptop and click on the "Edge 830" icon in Garmin Express, it gives me an error message "Request Error -- Sorry we're having a problem communicating with our servers." I can plug my other Garmin devices in and not get that error. It's only with the 830. That would suggest it is NOT "a problem communicating with our servers," but something else.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
