Map and Course issue

Hi, 

currently I'm using beta firmware version 5.26 and I notice two issues that occure for some months:

1) the symbol showing my current location on the map is 5 - 20 meters behind my real position. This is annoying since I miss the right turn from time to time. Am I riding too fast? :-)

2) I create courses using komoot on my PC and use the komoot app to download courses to the Edge. Following a course I see the white arrows indicating turns - but the large overlays which are normally displayed 150 - 200 meters before a turn don't appear any more (since some months and some firmware versions). I checked navigation options several times and I'm sure this issue is not caused by incorrect settings. 

I think I will reset my device this weekend and check if the issues disappear after a clean installation. 
Any thoughts?

    The overlays sound like course points. If they are enabled in the course settings, but are not showing up  then the issue sounds like they are not being included in the file being downloaded by the app.

    If you post one of the these course files I can unpack it to see if it contains any course points.

    I miss the overlay (pop up window) instructing me to turn left/turn right in xxx meters although the setting "turning notices" is activated.

    If you are on the map page you will not get it, but typically that shows at the top. The turn page should pop up when on other pages.

    I would recommend checking the following settings under the profile you are using.

    Settings -> Activity Profiles -> name of your profile -> Navigation -> Map -> Guide Test  ->

    set to either when navigating or always display

    Settings -> Activity Profiles -> name of your profile -> Navigation -> Navigation Prompts -> Map
