No text mesages

No longer getting text messages but getting phone calls. Been through settings on IPhone and tried the suggestion of sliding the sms toggle. Used to work so I’m at a loss anyone else have this issue.

I don't have a solution, but I can confirm I am also having this issue. It is very frustrating as my wife had a car incident while I was biking today and seeing her text message would have been helpful. To be clear I can confirm phone calls DO go through - just like you are saying, but text messages do not. And I also tried the same sms toggle. I also went through all the steps on this support page to make sure my device is set up correctly https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=jusyWiwXtF4512Rb8jnLOA I am running iOS 13.3.1 (iphone xs) and Garmin Edge 830 with Software Version 5.10

We are running identical equipment. I can also receive social media notifications but choose to leave them off. Possibly an IPhone issue ?

At last, have we a solution ?
I used to have the sms, msn and who is calling me ... I do not realize since when (any update, 830, iPhone(?)) but nothing comes for this moment on the 830

Also experiencing this issue not receiving sms notifications. All other notifications are coming through just not sms/iMessages. iPhone 8S latest iOS, Garmin 830 firmware version 6.20

Hi,

Still no solution? Since updates 5.10 / 6.20 there were some versions, today Ver 7.00, and nothing changes!?

This is frustrating because it works perfectly before

On an other post https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/f/edge-830/196176/owners--would-you-buy-an-830-again last reply , it seams that the text message on screen are working, could it be there is a solution ?
