Connect IQ Strava - Ride With GPS

Hi .

my Edge 830 running FW 5.0 cannot download any route from Strava and Ride with GPS Connect IQ apps.
After choosing a route it keeps saying "Loading - Route Name". Any one else have the same issue?

Is there a fix?

Is GC connected (authorized) to both apps? Did you update to 5.0 or did you buy it with 5.0 installed already?

Check the route name is unique. Might be a conflict with another route on the device. It doesn’t need to be the whole name, I’m not sure how many characters need to match but it isn’t the whole route.
