prompt to enable battery save mode

hello,

on Edge 820 once the battery was going below (i think) 10% was asking me if i want to enable Battery Save Mode, i dont see this in 830, i had two rides where it simply died, i'm not used to constantly monitor the battery level. whilst the battery on 830 is amazing, allowing me 12+ hrs rides on a single charge, not being allerted the battery is depletting is frustrating. Does anyone know how to enable this or simply doesn't exist?

This should happen when the unit gets down to 10%

I forgot to charge mine before a long ride a few weeks ago... it went down to 10% and asked me if I wanted to enter battery save mode. I declined and finished out the last few hours of my ride with no problems. How far have you been riding to kill the battery on multiple rides?

first time after about 14 hours (on a 17hrs ride) i checked and noticed it was a 3%, i plugged in the battery, second time it just died, neither time i got a warning, i will monitor to see what happens when it reaches 10%.

on 820 the warning was pertinent, you had to touch the screen to make it go away, if here is a simple nottification i can imagine missing it...

Impressive.
Battery in my Edge830 is going down by approx. 10% per hour since I upgraded with power meter.

How is the backlight set-up? Is it on all the time?

Backlight all the time with auto brightness. It was like that before syncing with power meter (ANT+). 10% per hour is during activity with power meter + speed + hr strap (all ANT+).
