Is it possible for the 830 not control the resistence on the Kickr core and just showing the power ?
For example, set a train a and folow the power zones just if it was on the road.
thanks

Yes, just add the trainer as a sensor, thats what you would do with Zwift for example, where Zwift controls the resistance, and the Garmin just picks up the data from the sensor.
How do i do that? I add sensors and select power sensor, but ir os controling the resistense
Add as a trainer and just ride using the inside profile whilst connected to zwift.
If Zwift is also connected to the trainer it will control the trainer and the Edge unit will just record the power etc. The Edge only controls the trainer when you use a workout.
I do this sometimes to include Zwift rides on my Garmin training status as Garmin connect doesn't include them otherwise. I then delete the ride so I don't have duplicates but Connect retains the training status
I don't understand the part "ride using the inside profile whilst", i don't use zwift.
If you just ride using the indoor profile the Edge will record power output rather than control the trainer. If you ride using a workout with power data then the Edge will control the trainer.
That is the problem, i whant to ride using a workout, but not controling the resistense
That is not correct. You can control the resistance also without following a workout.
That makes absolutely no sense.
In your first post you wrote:

So, how do you expect to follow a workout without controlling the resistance? Because without resistance, you would be spinning at a high cadence but a wattage of zero.
Presumably using the gears to change the resistance with the trainer resistance staying static. Not sure why the OP doesn't want the wattage/incline controlled by the Edge, thats kind of the point of a smart trainer.
you only have to connect following ANT+ sensors from your wahoo to Edge:
-speed/cadence
-power
don't connect the Trainer himself!
