The coordinate format used in the posting does not match that used in the video. In the posting it uses hddd.dddddd. In the video hddd mm.mmmm. As such, it is limited from 0-59 on the minutes parts. Typing a 6-9 on that first item fails by design.
It looks like you need to change the format on the Edge to use the format you posted.
