Av Moving speed

How do I get "Av moving speed" and "moving time" to show in the data fields? It records it and I can see what it is on Garmin Connect after ward but I cant get those to show in the data fields in real time?

The only way to do it is to have auto pause on and suitable set so the average speed field is forced to show the average moving speed.
