Light green color in Garmin Connect Mobile Map

Hello,

I have in driven course the light green color in the map and some parts of the route is red.

I can not see the route. Do somebody know, what the color meens? And how propably change it back.in the red?

This is to do with the new mountain bike metrics grit/flow. I believe it is color coding the grit.
