Garmin vivosmart 4 new software updatev4.10 completely frozen my device

Woke up this moring to a message on my vivosmart 4   saying new software installed v4.10  but the message won't go on my screen no matter what I push and how many times I synch it, it has completely frozen my device.

Any ideas?
