Setting Activity as public doesn't work

Hi,

I'm trying to share an activity to a couple of friends that do not have Garmin account. I have changed the visibility of the activity as public from the activity view (from connect web), but they are presented an empty page without any error message. If I change the visibility to '"My connections and groups" then they can see an error message "It looks like yo don't have access privileges to view this activity". However, the activities that I have recorded by using fenix 5 plus are indeed public and no sign in is required. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Software on Edge 830 is 4.10.0
