Strava live segments disappeared

Strava live segments disappeared. I have been using my edge 830 without problems up until yesterday. I was at the Garmin connect site and accidentaly chose Garmin segments instead of strava. I immediately went back to strava segments but when I opened my edge 830 all of them had disappeared. I have reset my 830, my connect app, I have removed all starred segments from strava and added them again, I synced with Garmin express, I even created a new Garmin account and linked it with strava and my 830. The segments refuse to appear..

This is related to the Strava segments not syncing issue. We are actively working on a fix and hope to have more information soon.

I have the same problem strava live segments have disapeared from my training menu I just have segments and I have done the seme things as the user above tells

please help us

Come on Garmin, where is the support, this is a serious malfunction for such an expensive device!!!

I have the same problem on both my 1030 and 820. All the live segments disappeared on 14th September. I have tried refreshing all the segments by switching to Garmin segments and enabling Strava live segments again but this does not work. I have also tried both the mobile app and Garmin Express. When I update via Garmin Express, I can see all of the FIT file in the New Files folder but they don't get processed by the Garmin device.

Someone has found solution to the issue? I bought a edge530 two days ago, and the strava live segments doesn't appear on it, and also it was deleted from my fenix 5x.

i have the same problem... And i can't even get strava live segments on EDGE 520 instead of segments
