i found the problem, there is a new function called "shorten activity", when you do this, then TSS and IF will be lost, the good thing, you can reset the "shorten activity" to the original value, then TSS and IF came back!
Seems Garmin have to check the new function, sometimes it's impossible to shorten, then there is a save error!
