Pinch to zoom and rotation

Hi, does anybody know if edge 830 allows pinch to zoom and rotating the screen as 820?

Pinch zoom yes, but not rotation. When on a map, click on the "hand" icon first, and it'll change to 4 corner brackets with a circle in the middle. Then you can pinch-zoom.
