Route not rendered in Garmin Connect?

I’ve had 2 rides now on the 830 on trails that have rendered on GC before with my 520+, but for some reason they don’t with the 830. Seethe map portion in pic? I don’t see my ride. I have the latest versions of both software on device and the GC app on my iPhone.
