How you are handling different Lactate Threshold HR's for running and cycling?
for cycling and running i have different LTHR and i configured my HR-Zones with the different LTHR, so far so good, for running the detections works fine, but is there any real detection for cycling too, everything is on auto detection?
the other thing is the Lactate Threshold View in Connect, is this only for running, because it depends on running pace and HR and after cycling i can find my cycling LTHR there, but the pace is from running?
i am not the best runner, my running Threshold is 156bpm on 6:01 pace (thats the values on Forerunner 945) and my Threshold HR for cycling is 146bpm, is this graphic correct then?
i calculated the cycling HR manually, cause i have no auto detection till today, is there a auto detection at all?
