£50 Cashback

There is a widely advertised deal here in the UK for a £50 cashback card for new 830's., has anyone got this to work?

I go to the page here

fill in all the details correctly including purchase dat which is yesterday. Photograph the receipt and submit, only to have it rejected with the rather unhelpful message that they don't accept claims within 30 days (it doesn't say 30 days of what?).

Anybody have any idea what Garmin are up to ?

From the Terms & Conditions:

Any claims must be made 30 days after purchase and no later than 10th October 2019 - if a claim is made within 30 days of purchase it will be rejected.

Thanks. Small print no doubt designed to make claiming as complicated as possible

I got mine many months ago but it was a bit of a faff as although my device was ordered direct from Garmin and I had a Garmin invoice as proof of purchase they tried to reject my claim as it did not have a purchase date. In the end I went onto the Garmin site, entered the invoice number and brought up the details which online showed the purchase date, I then sent them a screenshot.

Anyhow got the card and spent it towards a holiday deposit and cancelled the card within a day of receiving :)

Mine was spent almost entirely on coffee and cakes for me and the missus in Harrogate during the World's.

Shame it didn't work as a touch card and wouldn't even be recognised as a swipe card on some machines, but eventually spent it
