My Garmin 830 undertook automatic software change to 3.50 2 days ago and now I can't sync at all with garmin connect on my android s10+.
I have un paired the 830 and phone, renamed and reconnected via garmin connect but still when synching it hangs.
Not sure if location is a factor. I bought phone in Australia and am currently holidaying in Europe. 3 rides uploaded as normal this week but last 2 rides...special rides Col du Galibier and Col du Glandon ..I cannot sync or upload. Is it possible the 530 and garmin connect are using different sw versions ?
Any advice welcome!
