Zoom in y axis on elevation profile closer than 100ft?

Running beta 3.57 (haven't had a chance to load 4.10 yet), but it's anyone else having the problem on their elevation profile page that you cannot zoom in closer than 100 ft? And then the next step out is 200 ft? What happened to the prior granularity of 40, 80, 120, etc. ft steps. I would definitely like to have something closer than 100 ft back.

Ironically, I think Garmin solved the previous problem on the y-axis, namely, that your zoom setting wouldn't stick when you left the page, but now they've given us zoom settings that are very limited. A bad trade-off in my book (and they shouldn't be related in the first place).

  • Updated to 4.10, here are more specifics: your only choices on the Y-axis in the elevation profile while running a course is 100, 200, 300, 400, 800, etc. feet; so we've lost the ability to zoom in closer (previously we had 40 ft and 80 ft) to show off the climb (if it's relatively small) in better detail. Garmin, please consider bringing back.

Also, the zoom sticks if you move into 100 ft and move away from the page, but at all other zoom settings it defaults back to 200 ft (i.e., if you set it at 300 ft or 400 ft). It's a bizarre programming choice, but it doesn't bother me much, as I'm never going to want to go further away than 200 ft on the Y-Axis.

Bottom line: I would like to see a closer zoom setting possible on the Y-Axis (e.g., 50 ft) and have it stick when I leave the elevation profile page. My Edge 1000 Explore did this flawlessly and it's frustrating to have it work worse in the newer, "improved" model.
