Specialized Power Meter Display Issues

Hi, I have a Specialized 4iii dual power meter (tarmac) and it's not showing power display on the cycling dynamics screen - its only show a reading on the right pedal but not the left?

Also nothing on PCO - should it show something? Its set to PP at the bottom of the screen and I get no readings from this either?

Sensor is connected to ANT+ as confirmed in the settings?

Any thoughts?

    The 4iii does not support any of cycling dynamic metrics. 

    Is the model of power you have s dual or single sided system?

    What build do you have on the 830? If you are on build 3.55 it should remove the Cycling Dynamics section from that page and insert a power graph for power meters that don't support cycling dynamics.
