Wheel circumference?

states that wheel circumference can be entered manually in sensor settings. 

Where exactly can I enter my wheel circumference in Edge 830? I don't see anything related to manual entry of wheel size in my sensor settings.

    There's another post on this, but the sensor needs to be paired  and active for the options to input wheel circumference to become available.  If the sensor is out of range or sleeping, the options won't be available.
