Okay, I have tried garmin express and garmin connect mobel. Nether of them indicate 3.5 is available.

Garmin rolls out firmware updates in a phased format. I just checked Garmin Express and I don't see it either.

In the locked post from Garmin, it says its at about 20% roll out now. Be patient.

Is also the GPS update in it ? It is not mentioned though ?

good question - how about all the other fixes of the 3.33 and 3.41 beta versions?
Are those not included in 3.50?
