Trailforks maps won't unlock

Trying to use trailforks and keep getting a message where the device is saying it's trying to unlock maps, which then always fails. Am I missing a step somewhere?

Same here with Trailforks Map 2019.20, other Maps are 2019.10 . Don’t get In Garmin Express Trialforks 2019.10 . European Edge 830 MTB .

If it is an MTB unit the map is already unlocked.

Can you post the GarminDevice.xml file from the unit?

Same here, after I log into the Trailforks account on Connect on the phone, when I want to unlock the map from the ConnectIQ app on the 830 I get the message ”Map data cannot be unlocked”. There is no trail info on the base map by default, I checked multiple times, the trails are on the Traiforks platform but I was standing at the start of the trail and the 830 finds no trail using the MTB Trail Navigation menu and there is none on the map. I have quite a deep knowledge of Garmin and ConnectIQ but I can't make Trailforks work...

Same problem here, and i spent 400 eur on a computer, mtb featuers.. Trailforks, and now.. Its like why did i buy it

I had the same issue. I fixed it by going to the Connect IQ Store in the Garmin Connect android app and installing the Trailforks app there. I did this while my android phone was bluetooth connected to my Garmin 530. That seemed to resolve the issue.
