European Edge 830 MTB Bundle: Cycling Card 2019.10 , Trailforks still on 2018.20 and Trailforks IQ App Message is "Map data can not be unlocked"

I got my (European) Edge 830 MTB Bundle.

With Garmin Express i installed the Map Update from 2018.20 to Version 2019.10

But Trailforks is still on Version 2018.20 and there is no update available.

gmaptool show this:

File: gmapprom2.img, length 46368768
Header: 12.12.2018 14:38:38, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 18.20, Ms 0, 006-D7557-01
Mapset: Trailforks 2018.20

What can i do for get the Trailforks Map Update?

When i start the Trailforks IQ App (i'm logged in) for "Unlock Map" i get the Message "Map data can not be unlocked".

Any Solution for this?

Could post the GarminDevicle.xml file from the unit?

Looks like I have something similar.
trailforks maps won't update from 2019. and is not in the list of the maps, when I try to activate in the map list in activity profile

You will need to contact Garmin support and provide them with the unit ID. They can check to see if the unit is registered to receive updates. If it is not they may be able to correct the entry in the database or would need to replace the unit.

Figured it out.
Just had to start trailforks app and unlock the maps.

That is good. I thought the MTB bundle units had the map unlocked by default.
