Found it following the tweet of DCRainmaker

This specific update is for the Sony GPS chipsets on the FR45/245/945/MARQ and Edge 530/830.

Former Member made it sticky in the Forerunner 945 forum. I think 3107 is "The one to Go". My Forerunner 945 and my Edge 830 both have 3107 GPS files.
