Course Points from Garmin Connect Route Planer do not show up on device while navigating

When adding course points in the Garmin Connect Mobile App to structure a course regarding distance information, the points do show up initially with 0 km distance and user name set, but i think get removed afterwards because 0km has passed.

Expected behaviour: course points on a track shall have track gps position and the distance from start, e.g. 6.45km and shiw up in the course point list.

Could you post the course FIT file from you Edge unit for this route? It will be in the Garmin\Courses folder.

do you know how to add course points to a route created on garmin Connect Mobile App (Android) correctly, so that the distance information is reflecting the distance from course point start. For now it seems to only have the point coordinates.

The problem exists on the iOS build as well. I will raise a ticket.

It does work correctly if you create the course in Garmin Connect

I am having the same issue, is still present also for you?

The issue is only if you add course point on Garmin Connect mobile and there is not using Garmin Connect Web?

I have the same issue. Added Course Points not showing in the Point List just total distance to the End.

Is this for an outside ride or Indoor Trainer ride?.

Garmin added Course Points for Indoor Trainer rides in FW 7.0 ("Fixed course points for indoor trainer rides") BUT they disappeared again in FW 8 !! (good source code version control?)

My course points work OK for Outdoor rides in 8 & 9 (where they have been further enhanced to have visible pink circle background to the turn direction arrows on the map) but not at all for Indoor Rides
