Track up mapping/navigation

I can't seem to get a "track up" map. Even with the setting verified it's been plotting the map with North up. Has anyone else seen this?

Tracking with North Up is working for me. Altho I think I had to save it twice before it took. (Or I had a brain fart.)

This was fix in beta 3.55. What build are you on?
