Map on Edge 830 Performance Sensor-Bundle: "Trailforks 2018.20"?

Hi,

I wonder if the map on my on Edge 830 Performance Sensor-Bundle "Trailforks 2018.20" is correct since "Traiforks" is for MTB.

On the Edge 820 I have another map.

Is that map right?

You should have both cycling maps and Trailforks maps on the unit. I'm guessing what you are looking at is what Garmin Express is offering you for maps?

Could you post the GarminDevice.xml from the Edge?

I wonder why I have a MTB-Map. I want a ROAD-Map.

For info: I unlocked the Map on the Edge 830 and I updated to the "Trailforks 2019.10".

The unit came with a pre-loaded road map. The question is why GE is not offering either a road map update or the ability to re-install the existing map. I have passed your data on to Garmin. I suspect that some units may need an update in their production database.

I got a 2019.10 road cycle map update a few hours ago for my 830. You probably need to refresh express or something.

I spoke with Garmin and they made a change to a database entry that should have fixed this for all users with European or Australian units. It did not impact units anywhere else.
