the W/Kg diagram show nothing

i use edge 830 with power meter the diagram show nothing ! in gc i have the ride w/kg numbers!

Exactly same issue with edge 530. Data shows in device but not in GC. With my previous edge 520 it worked correctly.

Same with 820 worked fine since 830 I have no numbers
