Sensors re-connecting after a stop?

Anyone else having issues with sensors reconnecting after a stop mid-ride? I stopped for 15-20 minutes yesterday and both the power meter and heart strap didn’t reconnect. I noticed the power meter and only way to bring it back was to delete it and add it back. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the heart strap so I have a 4 hour ride where my heart rate appears to be exactly 101 bpm for three hours solid!

If you are currently paired via BLE disable that sensor pairing and do another search for a power meter. It should then offer you the ANT+ pairing.

Did you stop the activity or auto-pause?
I noticed that on my former Edge 1000 on auto-pause.
And instead of deleting a sensor and re-add it you can pair it within settings/sensors by selecting the sensor and activate it.

mine works fine (p2max-speed-heart) no problem after 5min stop

Auto-pause. I did try and select it in the sensors list to try and re-connect first but that didn't help. Had to delete it.

Five minute stops seem to be OK. I had a couple of shorter stops later in the ride and the power meter re-connected but it took a few minutes.

mine in a sec (is ant+ or blu)? i use ant+

did you install them manually when you 1 day open the unit or did you install the file from an old edge unit ? i did that mistake and transfer the file from 820 to 830 and have may disconnects i reset the new unit and par them from the start

how did you chose ANT+? I have my powermeters connected via BT and I dont know how to reconnect them via ANT+... I have Issue that after while is PM disconnected
