It was my first ride out with the 830 today and on finishing it froze (or was operating incredibly slowly). I restarted the device, hooked it up to my laptop and found the .fit file of the activity was 32 MB?!
Does anyone know why this could be and how i'd go about uploading it to Garmin/Strava etc as its obviously way too big.

I think that's a different file, I have just uploaded it. Maybe one of the other many users that requested your help 
I think it's the file from the previous person that asked you on the comment I replied, maybe you uploaded that one instead of mine
