Indoor courses not loading on Garmin E550

Question

None of the courses are loading when I try and ride on my smart trainer. This is one of the main reasons I got the Garmin. 
 It simply restarts every single time I load any course, whether it is a GPX file I imported or a course I've ridden in the past. 
 
 Please HELP

Hey, there! We're currently in the process of rolling out new software for the Edge 550. Please manually prompt a software update by following the steps linked here . If your device is still exhibiting this behavior while on software version 30.18, please leave another comment so we can look further into this.
