Update 28.33 broke the chime notification when I select 1st gear

Used to get a chime on 1st gear, and top gear. Now I only get a chime on top. Why does every update that fixes stuff break something else?

I rode up some hills today. It seems the chime on 1st gear is only half broken. It plays when selecting 1st gear when on the small chain ring, but not when on the big chain ring. So, it is sort of correct. Chime when you reach lowest gear. But, it used to chime in 1st gear reagardless of the chain ring.

It would be good if the user could select "always chime in 1st" or "Only chime in 1st when using small ring".
