I dropped my Edge 530 on the tile floor and smashed the screen. I rang Garmin and they offered replacement with a factory refurbished unit for a very good price. I mailed them my broken Edge 530, with the requisite paper work on Friday. They received it on Monday, and they put the replacement in the mail Monday afternoon. I received it on Wednesday. I'm in Australia. Garmin Australia were very helpful.
