Gaps in fit file

My Edge 540 sometimes freezes during activity (5 to 10 seconds).

During this timeframe, no data is recorded in the fit file (see example, timestamp 4263 jumps to 4284 without pause - but there are other examples in the file).

Is it just my device or is it a software issue ? i remember posting something similar in the past.

Update : factory reset seems to work, no quirks anymore (some gps quirks but no timestamp jumps in fit file anymore)

the device is also a lot less laggy. Thanks :-)

Issue still present ... and happens a lot (15-20x per 2 hours of ride)

Looks like the whole device is frozen then recovers.

did you make a factory full reset? do you use any CIQ app on the Edge?

CIQ apps : none

Full factory reset : tried yesterday, will update later on

"some gps quirks " what are these? and what settings do you use? (MultiGNSS/MultiBand aka Best or weaker?)
