Hours I've spent trying to resolve what should be simple.
My new Edge 540 synced with my phone. I know because when I went for a test ride today, text messages came through.
I've always used Strava, so I connected that ap, but nothing transfers to my 540 or the Connect Ap.
I have exported GPX files from Stava and did the drag and drop to Garmin Connect, to get them to show up fine in connect, but those don't come over to the Garmin...other than one I transferred while the unit was plugged into my desktop.
Every settings window in all the aps show "connected", but nothing seems to transfer between.
