Hey all. Does any of this make sense?
I did a 20 minute max power test last night using Wahoo trainer and here are the results:
Total Time: 20:01
Ave Power: 262 W
Max Avg Power (20 Mins): 248 W
Normalized Power: 261 W
Strava ave power: 244 W
How can average power for a 20 minute workout be so different from a max 20 minute average? How can NP be less than average?
