How turn off ftp auto detection?

I don't see how to turn off ftp auto detection.

It is on by default. This does not tell me how to turn it off.

I have tried using the buttons to turn it off without any success.

Pressing the select button twice toggles it off.

As soon as I press select it goes to a pairing screen.
