That is a ride summary file that is there as part of the physio true up feature and is needed by some of the firstbeat features.
To stop the ride summary showing you need to switch of the physio true up feature for that device and delete the ride summaries. The ride summary data is contained in the Garmin\Summary folder
That could be the other work around, however what im doing is that i don't open both devices together, in that way 540 files will not be transferred to 130.
Yes thats what true up does, it compiles all workouts done in every devices for data consolidation which will be the basis for recovery and workout loads. Disabling the true from the devices is a temporary fix but it does not resolved the issue. The reason i buy multiple garmin because of the true up features, i want my workouts insync, like mg 245 for running, 540 for roadcycling, 130 for mountain biking.
Those files from my 130 and fr245 that come from the 540 can be deleted however those from 130 and fr245 cannot be deleted on the 540 or it stays at the activity history section. When the 540 is plug on the computer, the summary folder is empty.
