Garmin 540 Solar does not sync activities (wi-fi & BLE), freezes after ejection from PC

After finishing an activity it doesn't upload to Garmin Connect.

I've tried auto-upload on an off, also tried via WIFI and BLE using phone with garmin connect.

It only uploads the activities by USB connected to PC, and after ejecting the Edge 540, it freezes.

I've tried several options, as soft reset, hard reset, factory reset, deleting some folders but nothing works.

Any ideas, help, assistance please !!

  • Are you able to sync the 540 with the garmin app?

  • I can sync the 540 with Garmin app on Android, but the activity does not upload.
    All firmware is up to date.
    I've done all the suggested fixed by Garmin, as delete GPX folder, delete activities folder, Locate and delete the GUPDATE.GCD file, etc..
    Also i tried contac Garmin support but it is an awful service.
