Climb pro works during the ride. Climb not shown in the app.

I created the course in the app and followed it. All climbs were shown on the screen and the summary showed at the end.

After the ride in the app an on the unit I have 5 climbs out of 8 planned.

I do care about one 10k climb...

How to synch the app data with course data?

    I have a similar problem on Edge 1040 , latest maps & software updated last week.
    Did a local planned course with 4 climbs.  only 3 climbs were registered on the activity summary.
    The 4th & largest climb showed on the Edge during the climb.
    At the expected summit, the remaining height was zero but the remaining distance went from 5m back to 75m. Despite riding over the summit to get it to update, it didn't and now the climb isn't in my stats on the Edge nor in Connect.
    Was it a GPS problem maybe?

    Another reason could have been: The point "everyone" uses as the summit of this popular climb is a cattle grid at 1175ft. The road levels then a short distance beyond reads on Garmin maps as 1178ft, so maybe Climpro requires you to go through there to qualify for a registered climb. (Even though everyone turns around at the cattle grid traditional summit).
