Elapsed Time Display Issue

When Elapsed Time data field is in field 1 of a 6B layout, ie taking up half the width of the screen, the display get truncated when the timer pasts the hour mark due to the extra digits.

My older Edge seems to auto decrease the font size to fix this when extra digits need to be displayed so this seems like a bug.

Not sure if others have this issue too.

pls make a screenshot about your problem , but after 1h , there will be a very tiny hour marker ("1", "2" and so on as time goes by) above the minutes and seconds... (so these two numbers always have a constant size)

I will try to get a screenshot when I have time.

But basically the "1" runs outside the display to the left so I can't see it.

The size of the hour digit is shrunk and also superscripted in a half width data field

Shan_Keong we have an FAQ in our support center that explains why the hour in the timer is truncated -The Timer on My Garmin Device Resets Every Hour During an Activity. As aweatherall suggested, changing your elapsed time data field to a full width or maintaining or fewer data fields per screen would resolve your issue.

I think is better introduce another Elapsed Time Data Field (Short Timer) that when the first hour is gone it displays only HH:MM Hours and Minutes, seconds aren't important in a long time workout
